Melanie is responsible for running the Employee Benefits Division which includes the administration of our Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans.
She has extensive experience designing, managing, and administering a wide array of employee benefit programs. She believes that the benefits program of a firm needs to evolve as the company grows and always looks for ways to enhance the portfolio offered as well as educate the employees. She understands the importance of payroll integration and Cobra Administration when assisting the management and administrative teams of her clients.
She oversees plan design, open enrollment, implementation, and employee education.
When not dabbling in employee benefits, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 young children.
